What is Enactus?
Enactus is a global non-profit initiative, active in a plethora of countries. It aims to unite students as well as industry professionals, to tackle today’s most pressing challenges. The Enactus teams’ primary goal is developing projects which seek to drive meaningful social and environmental change, tailored to the task at hand. Through this experience, participants contribute to creating a more sustainable world, all while they gain valuable skills and simultaneously expand their personal and professional potential.
May 14 – Randstad Box & Tech Talent Factory
The Opening Round was held on Wednesday, May 14th, in the Tech Talent Factory, located in the Famagosta area. Over 15 Italian universities were represented, with students divided into four leagues to present their sustainable entrepreneurship projects. At noon, participants gathered for the team photo, badge collection, and final preparations. By 14:15, all teams were seated and ready to defend their work in front of a panel of judges, each hoping to advance to the final round and get one step closer to the global stage.

After successfully presenting entrepreneurial projects, students had the opportunity to visit Enactus’s Link ‘n’ Act Hub – a space where everybody comes to network. This was a great opportunity, since it offered personalized meetings with professionals and potential partners. Plus, presentations and discussions on impactful research, as well as recruitment opportunities too. Among the partners there were those like Bosch Italia, KPMG, UniCredit and others.
May 15 – Convention Centre Allianz MiCo
Equally important, the second day of the competition took place at Allianz MiCo Convention Centre. This was dedicated to the Final Round and the featured Enactus Program in collaboration with SocialFare finalists. The competition concluded with the presentation of the most advanced and impactful projects developed during the 2024/2025 Enactus journey. The title of Enactus National Champion 2025 was awarded to UNIMI, marking a significant achievement and earning them a place at the Enactus World Cup 2025, which will be held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Overall, it was an inspiring journey for both students and the entire Enactus Italy team—a celebration of innovation, entrepreneurship, and the power of young minds to shape a better future.
